関節鏡検査の洗浄、消毒、滅菌
Arthroscopy is used more and more widely, because it has the characteristics of quick treatment, minimal invasiveness, and good effect, and it has been welcomed and recognized by the majority of patients. Therefore, its utilization rate is high and the turnover rate is fast, but its price is expensive and the configuration is small. It is impossible to buy in large quantities for turnover. Disinfection and maintenance are very important.
Disinfection, maintenance and management of arthroscopy require professional knowledge, so that it can be used reasonably, regularly maintained, extend its life, ensure good working performance, and make the instrument better play its most advantageous role.
1. Cleaning of arthroscopy
(1) In view of the special circumstances of the arthroscopy, it should be cleaned immediately after use to prevent the blood and mucus from drying up on the instrument and making it difficult to clean. When washing, first deal with the planing noise, because it is the most likely to retain residues, repeated injection of water and air, when it is difficult to wash clean, you can use small pliers to pick out the dirt, or use a high-pressure water gun to make the dirt adhered in the planer. When the material is discharged, the lumen and pores need to be washed thoroughly with detergent repeatedly, and then rinsed with clean water and wiped dry. The lumen and pores can be flushed out with a high-pressure air gun to ensure dryness.
(2) Rinse and wipe all kinds of tongs that have been cleaned in detergent with clean water, and wipe the oiled joint shaft with a little silicone wax gauze to keep it flexible and clean and prevent rust.
(3) Use 75% ethanol gauze to wipe the lens, end mirror, light guide end and wire body.
(4) When storing, lightly reel the various wire bodies into a circle to prevent knotting or buckling. The head end is exposed on the upper side. The optical fiber and lens can not be pressed. Other test clamps are placed in the fixed instrument box.
2. Disinfection and sterilization methods of arthroscopy
Physical methods are preferred for disinfection and sterilization of endoscopes, and chemical disinfection methods can be used for those that are not heat resistant.
(1) Sterilization by pressure fumigation: at 121°C for 20-30 minutes, it is used to sterilize all kinds of clamps and arthroscopy accessories without rubber pads.
(2) Ethylene oxide sterilization: In an ethylene oxide sterilizer, 800mg/L ethylene oxide is used for 6 hours at 55-60°C and a relative humidity of 60-80%, which can be used for the overall arthroscopy Disinfection and sterilization.
3) Glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection or sterilization: 2% neutral or alkaline glutaraldehyde can be used for the sterilization of arthroscopy, and it needs to be immersed for 10 hours.
3. Matters needing attention
(1) People with tuberculosis, hepatitis and AIDS or pathogens carrying used arthroscopes need to be individually disinfected and sterilized.
(2) Operators should do a good job of personal protection, wear disposable masks, hats, special work clothes, goggles, gloves, and wash and disinfect their hands thoroughly after taking off the gloves.
(3) The arthroscopy should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and should be arranged in a sunny and wide room as far as possible. A temperature and humidity meter should be placed in the room and be kept by a dedicated person.
(4) Know the performance and wear of the equipment at any time, and maintain it regularly.
